Web Developer

Key Responsibilities / Tasks Focus primarily on front-end development. Translate website design wireframes into functional, high-quality code to produce a working website. Research and implement technical solutions for various website integrations. Configure and manage websites within Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or the Salesforce Digital Experience framework. Integrate third-party tools to deliver personalized web page content. Requirements: Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design principles. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and client-side scripting, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model (understanding of JavaScript libraries is a plus). Familiarity with CSS libraries and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar. Sound knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations within the WordPress CMS. Basic understanding of server-side languages and databases (PHP & MySQL). Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workaround strategies. A passion for usability and web accessibility, with a solid grasp of interaction design. Good understanding of SEO principles and technical implementation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preference will be given to Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Technology and a strong portfolio that displays technical ability.
