What You'll Do Own a defined workstream within a larger project, taking responsibility for delivery from start to finish Coordinate with a pool of experts and freelancers, helping onboard, brief, and quality-check their outputs Conduct hands-on quality control to ensure every deliverable meets Ethos's standards before it reaches the client Flag blockers and surface insights to the project lead, helping the team move faster and smarter Support process documentation and help build the operational playbook as we scale Contribute to recruiting and onboarding new experts into the network as the project grows Who You Are 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, or a similarly fast-paced, output-driven environment, or an MBA student eager to apply their skills in a hands-on setting A natural doer: you take ownership without being asked and hold yourself to a high standard Detail-oriented with strong judgement on what "good" looks like, you'll catch issues others miss Clear communicator who can brief experts effectively and escalate problems without drama Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritise when everything feels urgent Why Join Ethos Work at the centre of the AI industry on projects for leading AI labs that shape how the next generation of AI is built Own real work with real impact from day one Be part of a small, ambitious Series A team building something genuinely new at the intersection of AI and the future of expertise Key requirements 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup Bias for action / high agency Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing many hats
