Revolution Technology BD Intern - MIS and Sales Support Requirements Education Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies Additional Requirements Age 22 to 27 years Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Charts). Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems. Basic understanding of sales operations and reporting. Familiarity with Power BI or Google Data Studio is an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of reports and data entries. Timely submission of MIS reports. Database maintenance quality. Support provided to the sales team. Attendance, discipline, and learning progress. Responsibilities & Context MIS Maintain and update customer, product, and sales databases. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect, verify, and analyze sales and operational data. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Generate dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. Assist in data entry and documentation management. Support ERP, CRM, and business software-related activities. Sales Support Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. Maintain customer records and sales pipelines. Follow up on customer inquiries and update status reports. Support lead generation and customer database development. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments when required. Prepare sales performance reports and summaries.
